ART PROGRAMS
Courses are flexible!
We are offering 2 full weeks of Art Camp, one STEM week, two 4 day mini courses, and some individual art workshops. Each full week offers two workshops per day, 9-11AM and/or 11:15AM-1:15PM, running Monday-Friday. Sign up for the whole week or pay by individual workshop.
Full week discount: single session full week course cost is $100, and double session full week course cost is $190.
Individual workshop option: Cost is $25 per workshop, or $20 each for more than 1 child/relative/workshop
Mini Course Option: Cost is $25 per workshop per day, or $20 each for more than 1 child/relative/workshop
SCIENCE MAGIC
July 15-19, 9-11AM, Ages 4-15
Take part in some fascinating, hands-on STEM activities, while learning valuable science and engineering skills. Loads of great experiments: owl pellets, rocketry, catapults, crystals, bubbles, and some good, slimy fun. Learn about chemistry, physics and life science. Looks like magic, but it's Science!
We have two courses per week, and students can sign up for one or both. There is a lunch break from 1100-1130. Please bring a nut-free lunch, if you stay for both sessions.

Fairies and Dragons!
For boys and girls ages 4-15
July 8-12, 9-11AM
Enter the magical world of fairies, dragons and other fantasy characters! We will have lots of folklore and fantasy drawing, painting, clay and nature crafts,including fairy or elf houses. More elaborate and independent projects available, too, for older students. There is truly something for everyone, and for all ages. Come be part of the magic!
Drawing/Painting Ages 4-15
June 24-28, 9-11AM, and / or July 8-12 11:15AM-1:15PM
Each session is different, and you don't need to take one session in order to take the other one.
Whether you like Anime or animals, this course is for you! We'll teach you to draw and paint better, using special techniques. You'll improve your linework, shading and composition, using pencil, pastels, acrylics, watercolors and oils. We present lessons, but there is plenty of time to choose your own projects, too. You will take home several projects, matted and ready to hang! We have structured lesson, and plenty of individual work for more independent artists! There is even some clay, if you like! :)
Pottery/Sculpture Ages 4-15

Come get your hands dirty, making pots and sculptures in clay, paper mache, polymer clay, and other great 3D art materials. The possibilities are endless! One of our most popular courses--sign up early!

We have over 50 years combined teaching experience and share a love for teaching children about art, science, world cultures and languages. Between us, we speak 12 languages, which we incorporate in our teaching. We have a strong belief that art should be accessible to everyone, which is why it is our studio's mission to bring an appreciation for fine arts, world crafts and world cultures to as many people in our community as possible.

As we often do during school vacations, we are offering 2-hour art workshops, where students can try an overview of what we do at our studio: drawing, painting, clay, and who knows?? It's a balance of structured instruction and individual exploration of materials. Each workshop is different, and students can sign up for one both. If you come for both sessions, please bring a lunch (no nut products please). Its a great chance to check out our studio before camp starts! $25/1 workshop, $20 each for 2 or more workshops/friends/relatives. A great deal!
JAPANESE ARTS and ORIGAMI
